There are many kinds of vibrational sounds or frequencies. There are rays
from the sun that not only bring warmth, but also a sense of comfort.
There are laser beams that are used to heal or are used in cosmetic surgery.
There are sound waves that carry frequencies of noise and there are thought
waves that are frequencies that have an impact externally, and internally on
our wellbeing.
Frequencies are vibrations and vice versa.
Unfortunately, these vibrations or frequencies and can be used to manipulate
behavior for bad intent. However, we can also manipulate these vibrational
sounds frequencies for good intent.
History has shown us these facts:
- In 1935 The Rockerfeller Foundation used sound frequencies for a war
on consciousness. - In 1939 Goebels, having an understanding of the possibility of manipulation of
sounds stated that the 440hz could force people to act in a certain way.
This frequency was known as The Luciferian Frequency or Satan’s Tone,
because it was used to turn people violent. - In 2022 the Police in Canberra ACT, Australia, used sonic sound which emits
harmful frequencies to disperse peaceful crowds at a rally. - Frequencies used by early Roman Christians used Gregorian chants to raise
vibrations and increase energy of the congregation.
This information is important because music has been known to penetrate the conscious and the subconscious. So, you can see that various opportunistic entities have used frequencies to manipulate thoughts, feelings and behaviors through mass formation psychosis.
This has been seen most recently with the main stream media who pushed the narrative: safe and effective for an untested medical procedure.

Healing the Body With Vibrational Sounds
Could it be so easy?
Is it possible to heal the body with vibrational sounds?
What if my aches and pains, my negativity, my feelings of being out of control, my feelings of lack of security and feeling safe, my feelings of lack of love, could all be resolved through vibrational healing?
Healing with Vibration is, in effect, healing with sounds, sound waves, or frequencies.
These frequencies make us vibrate at a certain hertz. If our body aura is dense these
frequencies will oscillate at a low rate. If our body aura is light then the frequency will
oscillate at a higher rate.
A dense aura is the sum of all of the negative aspects in these energy fields, which
might include our thoughts, feelings, and what we do to our bodies in terms of food
we eat and any activity we might undertake.
Whereas a lighter aura means that included in our energy field are more positive aspects that we have included in our lives, such as: positive thoughts and feelings, more nourishing food and some moderate exercises we have included to relieve any tensions we have in our body/mind.
Many cultures use drums, bells or bowls to help alter people’s vibrations. In Europe in the 1950’s and 60’s, research undertaken by Ostrander and Schroeder titled: Super Learning, used specific music with a specific beat which helped relax the mind and which helps open up a child to activate their intuition and creative abilities.
This music is: Baroque. This music helped speed up a child’s learning capabilities and improved performance. The specific beat of baroque music, or sound wave frequency/vibration, activated these types of brain waves, called: alpha, delta and theta. These frequencies are more conducive to aiding the brain to relax.
So, the question remains, if a child’s learning and performance abilities can be improved with specific sound wave patterns, can these vibrations or frequencies, or sound waves, be utilized to actually heal the body?
In this particular article we will be looking at thought frequencies and how we use certain vibrational sounds to heal the body.

What is Vibrational Sound and How Does it Work?
Based on the notion that we are all energy matter and are made of the same stuff, and that how we communicate is that we transmit frequencies or vibrations form our thoughts through this matter.
We are like radio transmitters. We send and receive signals of frequencies. If our station is on a particular frequency, we will pick up these thought vibrations form others. We also send out signals and people who are on our frequency can pick up our thoughts.
So, if you are sending out negative unhappy thoughts then we will receive those thoughts back to our radio station and this could entrap us in a very unhappy place of victimhood.
So, part of the essence of how we can heal is through changing our thoughts to be happier and form there will attract happier thoughts.

Different Brain Wave Patterns of Vibrational Sounds
It has been discovered that there are four main categories of brain wave states, although in some literature there are five categories articulated. These states help guide our thought behavior.
These categories are:
- Delta waves – frequency 3 – 5 Htz
- Theta waves – frequency 3 – 8 Htz (You can experience these most often
in sleep or in a deep meditation) - Alpha waves – frequency 8 – 12 Htz
- Beta waves – frequency 12- 38 Htz
- Gamma waves – frequency 38 – 42 Htz
What do these brain waves do?
As humans we mostly operate at Beta brain waves, which are faster and which are associated with a state of increased mental activity, increased focus and concentration – we generally associate this state with a state of busyness.
This busyness can lead to increased stressed states because our mental facilities are running on overdrive.
Gamma waves are the fastest of the lot and are generally attributed to increased states of perception and consciousness.
It has been shown that higher frequencies in the body result in better health. It has also been shown that a normal healthy body has a frequency of 62–72 Mhz.
When the body drops below this frequency, we begin to get into illness and disease states.
It has been proven that if we want to become lass stressed and more creative, we need to move out of beta wave expression and into delta and theta. In delta and theta, these brain wave frequencies are those which we enter when we are falling asleep or are actually asleep.
This is where we regroup, process and repair during our sleep phase. It’s like settling any oxidative stress we have built up during the day. If we are constantly busy we lose control over the mind chatter and this can also lead us into stressful states.

Out thoughts create our reality. If we are constantly bogged down, feeling unhappy or negative, then over time this negativity may commence as dis-ease. However, it can then transform into disease if not addressed early on.
So, if you can utilize a tools such as music with specific beats, we don’t have to wait around to change our thoughts or be asleep to gain the benefit of reduced brain wave activity. A particular beat can accelerate our progress big time.
Using music as a healing aid, via vibrational sounds, is an easy way to improve your mental and emotional health and wellbeing. In effect, it is the same as meditation.
